Hyatt Residence

Location: Annapolis, Maryland

Description: O’Doherty Group worked closely with the architect to site this new residence along the Severn River. Maximizing views to the water and minimizing disturbance to the existing forest were primary concerns. The house and drive are nestled into the forest and hill side and lend a sense of permanence. A custom pool and hot tub were placed as such to preserve the view of the river and step down with the natural grade to make a smooth transition to the water.
